Job summary

ZEISS Türkiye is seeking a Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) Sales Specialist to manage software maintenance agreements and related sales from an office in Ankara. This permanent, office-based role represents ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions and targets continued revenue growth with existing devices.

You will contact customers via phone and email, inform them about features and renewal options, prepare quotations, track renewals, and document activities in CRM/SAP, aiming to meet assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in call center, inside sales, or customer service roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple follow-ups.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Managing sales activities for software and SMA (Service & Maintenance Agreement) products related to previously sold devices.
• Contacting existing customers based on device and customer data provided by service engineers and field sales teams.
• Conducting customer communication mainly via phone and email (no field sales / no customer visits).
• Informing customers about software features, benefits, renewals, and service contract options.
• Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Preparing and following up on quotations until closure.
• Tracking renewal periods and performing proactive customer follow-ups.
• Recording and managing all sales activities accurately in CRM / SAP systems.
• Achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to after-sales revenue growth.
• Preparing regular sales reports for internal stakeholders.
