Siemens Mobility in Turkey is seeking a Mid-level Service Sales Support Specialist to join the Smart Infrastructure Buildings Service Sales team. You will support the quotation-to-order process for spare parts, service activities and small projects, coordinating with Account Managers, Operations and Commercial teams.

The role offers growth in both commercial and technical competencies across building technologies, with opportunities to take greater ownership in service sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and planning abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple quotations and priorities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
• Interest in building technologies and service solutions.
• Collaborates with Sales, Operations, Project Management and Commercial teams.
• Good written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end quotation process for spare parts and small projects.
• Prepare customer quotations using inputs from multiple teams.
• Follow up quotations and convert opportunities to orders.
• Maintain quotation and opportunity status in systems.
• Coordinate quotation-to-order and invoicing processes.
• Communicate with customers on quotations, availability, and timelines.
• Review service reports and initiate relevant quotations.
• Support sales in preparing small to medium service project quotes.
• Monitor sales performance and share results with the Service Sales Manager.
• Participate in customer visits to understand requirements.
