Job summary

Siemens DI AUT in Türkiye is seeking a Territory Sales Account Manager to drive direct order income growth and achieve sales targets by building strong customer relationships and identifying market opportunities. You will own a set of accounts in the Ankara region, expanding both new and existing relationships and coordinating with Siemens experts to deliver sustainable value.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in industrial automation or related technical sales.
Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and verbal.
Proven track record in business management and business development.

Responsibilities

Own a set of accounts in the Ankara region and grow them with Siemens experts.
Classify and group accounts and define engagement models for each segment.
Develop strategies for each account aligning with the buyer journey and goals.
Identify go-to-market channels, campaigns, and market strategies for account plans.
Schedule customer interactions to foster relationships, including with C-level executives.
Monitor progress using CRM insights and adjust strategies based on market trends.
Develop accounts to lifecycle business—service contracts, parts, retrofits, and digital solutions.
