Job summary

Aydınlı Group in Türkiye seeks an experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions Specialist to manage Windows Server and Azure, VMware, and enterprise storage across the enterprise environment. You will ensure security, compliance, and business continuity while enabling hybrid cloud capabilities.

The role involves automation with PowerShell, on-call support, and participation in migrations and deployments to meet global standards and 24/7 readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Enterprise System Administration experience.
• Strong AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFS, IIS, and Certificate Services experience.
• Hands-on with Azure VM, VNet, Storage, Backup, and Site Recovery.
• Experience with Azure AD and Hybrid Identity architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Hybrid environments.
• Strong VMware vSphere administration, troubleshooting, and capacity management.
• Experience with enterprise Storage/SAN (Hitachi, Pure).
• Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Commvault, Veeam).
• Hands-on with Intune and SCCM.
• Familiar with monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, ManageEngine).
• Basic to intermediate Linux server knowledge.
• Good English for technical documentation and vendor communication.

• Manage, maintain, and improve Windows Server infrastructure across the enterprise.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.
• Manage Azure Backup and ASR for business continuity.
• Administer Entra ID (Azure AD), Hybrid Identity, and Microsoft 365 Hybrid.
• Manage VMware vSphere platforms, capacity planning and performance.
• Administer core Microsoft services (AD, DNS, DHCP, GP, DFS, IIS, Certificate Services).
• Support Exchange Hybrid and DAG environments.
• Manage endpoint administration with Intune and SCCM.
• Administer enterprise storage, SAN, and physical servers.
• Monitor performance, analyze alerts, plan capacity, and drive improvements.
• Automate with PowerShell scripting.
• Participate in infrastructure projects (design, migration, testing, deployment).
• Ensure security, availability, and compliance with IS policies; participate in on-call support.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage, maintain, and continuously improve Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure across the enterprise environment.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage, Load Balancers, and related Azure services.
• Manage Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery (ASR) solutions to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Hybrid Identity, and Microsoft 365 Hybrid environments.
• Manage VMware vSphere virtualization platforms, including capacity planning, performance optimization, and operational support.
• Administer core Microsoft infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFS, IIS, and Certificate Services.
• Support the administration of Exchange Hybrid and Exchange DAG environments.
• Manage endpoint administration using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Administer enterprise storage, SAN, and physical server infrastructures.
• Manage enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, analyze system alerts, perform capacity planning, and implement proactive improvements.
• Automate operational processes using PowerShell scripting.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, including solution design, implementation, migration, testing, and production deployment.
• Ensure system security, availability, and compliance with corporate Information Security policies and standards.
• Participate in on-call and 24/7 operational support when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise System Administration.
• Solid experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFS, IIS, and Certificate Services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Azure Storage, Azure Backup, and Azure Site Recovery.
• Experience managing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Hybrid Identity architectures.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 Hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere administration, troubleshooting, and capacity management.
• Experience with enterprise Storage and SAN infrastructures (e.g., Hitachi, Pure Storage).
• Experience with enterprise backup solutions such as Commvault, Veeam, or equivalent platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring solutions such as PRTG, Zabbix, or ManageEngine.
