Job summary

Organik Kimya is seeking an experienced IT professional to join the System, Infrastructure & Security Management team as a Solution Partner. You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, with focus on Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Entra ID, Intune, and security operations.

You will work in a hybrid model with one home office day, participate in ISO 27001 initiatives, and provide L2/L3 support across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed in the requirements.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in system administration and cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience managing virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V).
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Routing, Switching).
• Solid experience with enterprise firewall technologies.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools.
• Knowledge of endpoint security solutions (Microsoft Defender, Kaspersky, etc.).
• Experience with backup solutions such as Commvault.
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms and security monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
