Job summary

Evyap is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to lead investigations, oversee shop-floor quality, and ensure cGMP compliance across facilities in Türkiye and beyond. A technical degree and 2+ years of experience are preferred, with SAP, Microsoft Office, and BI tooling knowledge valued.

• Degree in Chemistry Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and relative improvement projects and initiatives identified root cause analyses.
• Oversight to operations on the shop floor, supporting operators and staff to address product quality and compliance issues.
• Evaluate non-conformance investigations ensuring proper steps and corrective actions are devised.
• Consult with functional areas to align cGMP, company, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory environment and industry trends.
• Prepare monthly Quality Review presentations.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Lead and facilitate investigations and relative improvement projects and initiatives identified root cause analyses.
• Oversight to operations on the shop floor, supporting operators and support staff as needed to identify and address product quality and compliance issues as they arise.
• Evaluate non-conformance investigations provided by functional areas assuring that all appropriate investigation steps were conducted and that appropriate corrective actions were devised where applicable.
• Consult with the functional areas to align cGMP requirements, company, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory environment, cGMPs, and current industry trends.
• Work closely with the correction/CAPA owners to remediate events and/or corrections /CAPA’s necessary to close out the investigation.
• Participate the internal and external audit.
• Review and approve the customer complaint and deviation investigations in cooperation with R&D and production departments.
• Review and approve change control record.
• Write, review, and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as needed.
• Approve the master data in SAP.
• Review and approve the Artwork of products.
• Prepare monthly Quality Review presentations.
• Provide annual and orientation GMP training to the personnel.

Who We're Looking For?

• Degree in Chemistry Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of cGMPs, keeping up to date with current industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Demonstrate leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under direction of senior team members, independently, and as part of a team if necessary.
• SAP, Microsoft based Office applications and BI reporting tool knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge ISO 22716, ISO 9001, IFS, BSCI standarts and Integrated Management System.
