Job summary

Crs Soft is seeking an Information Systems Specialist to support daily IT operations and maintain our information systems infrastructure. You will work with the team to troubleshoot issues, assist with system administration, and contribute to IT projects while expanding your technical expertise.

You should have 0-2 years in IT, an associated or bachelor's degree in a related field, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, MIS, IT or related field.
• 0-2 years of IT experience or relevant internship.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software troubleshooting and Windows OS.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and server environments.
• Interest in network/server administration and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and maintenance of information systems infrastructure.
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Administer, monitor, and maintain network and server infrastructures.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects and system upgrades.
• Assist with software installation, deployment, and license management.
• Support procurement, setup, inventory tracking, and maintenance of IT assets.
• Provide technical support to internal users and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with team to improve IT operations and efficiency.
• Keep up with emerging technologies and develop technical knowledge.

As an Information Systems Specialist, you will support the daily operations, maintenance, and reliability of the organization's IT infrastructure. You will work closely with the team to troubleshoot technical issues, assist with system administration, and contribute to IT projects while developing your technical expertise.

Experience & Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in IT, Information Systems, IT Support, or a related field, including relevant internship experience.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and Microsoft operating systems.
