Job summary

Tetra Pak in Izmir, Türkiye is seeking a Service Engineer to join our field service team. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, analyze issues, and support customers to keep their lines running efficiently.

You bring 1–3 years in installations, maintenance and service work; capable of troubleshooting electro-mechanical and automation problems, performing upgrades, and delivering site training as needed. This role requires travel to customer sites and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years experience in Installations, maintenance and service work.
• Experience in industrial systems troubleshooting and upgrade installations.
• Previous roles include Technician, Production engineer or Maintenance Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance activities in line with global Tetra Pak standard procedures and reinstate equipment into production environment.
• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical and automation issues (HW, SW, Network) and report/root-cause issues per QTIM.
• Disassemble and reassemble capital equipment at customer sites following Tetra Pak processes.
• Provide production support and on-site breakdown assistance.
• Install electromechanical upgrade kits and ensure proper integration into production.
• Conduct operator training with customers, on-site or remotely.
• Contribute to business development ideas with the S(K)AM team and manage contract outcomes.
• Maintain safe working culture and comply with safety regulations and product quality standards.
