Job summary
ZEISS is seeking a Field Service Specialist to join our microscopy team in Istanbul or Ankara, Türkiye, with frequent travel to customer sites. You will install, service and calibrate advanced ZEISS microscopy systems, coordinate with global experts, and ensure long‑term system reliability and customer satisfaction.
The role involves on-site and remote support, troubleshooting across mechanical, electronic and software domains, and collaboration with Sales, Applications and Global Technical
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- 1–3 years of technical service or field service experience.
- Ability to read schematics and maintenance instructions.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
Responsibilities
- Installing, commissioning, maintaining, calibrating and troubleshooting advanced microscopy systems at customer sites.
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance and system upgrades.
- Diagnosing complex issues across mechanical, electronic, electrical, computer and software domains.
- Providing on-site and remote technical support and customer guidance.
- Maintaining CRM records and preparing service reports.
