Job summary

Amcor is seeking an Electrical/Electronic Maintenance Engineer for our Izmir site. You will plan and execute maintenance on electrical, electronic, and automation equipment, diagnose PLC/HMI/drive faults, and ensure safe, reliable plant operations within a globally focused packaging company.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support TPM initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement and cost-efficient maintenance programs at our manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum of three years of maintenance engineering experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience with PLC and industrial automation systems; familiarity with Siemens or Allen-Bradley.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for electrical, electronic, and automation equipment.
• Diagnose faults in PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and control systems.
• Ensure maintenance of electrical panels, power distribution, motors and instrumentation.
• Monitor MTBF, MTTR, and OEE; lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement predictive maintenance techniques and manage spare parts inventory.
• Ensure electrical safety standards and OHS compliance; update maintenance docs and drawings.
• Coordinate with external service providers and supplier partners.
