Job summary

Altium Türkiye is seeking a motivated Service Engineer to join our technical service team for laboratory instruments. The role covers installation, maintenance, calibration, qualification and repair services.

You will provide on-site and remote support, diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, train customers when needed, and maintain accurate service reports. Strong English and independent field-work capability are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical service, field service engineering or laboratory instrumentation is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
• Good command of MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, calibration, qualification and repair services for laboratory instruments and systems within the assigned product group.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Diagnose technical issues and deliver effective troubleshooting solutions in a timely manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal instrument performance.
• Support customers with instrument operation, basic application guidance and user training when required.
• Prepare and maintain accurate service reports and technical documentation.
• Coordinate service activities, spare parts and customer requests with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Participate in technical trainings, seminars and certification programs to maintain product knowledge.
