Job summary

Atlas Copco Holding GmbH in İzmir region seeks a Field Service Technician to keep customer compressors running and ensure satisfaction through expert on-site repairs, with a company vehicle provided. You will travel across our Aydin/Turkey territory, start from home, join a skilled service team, and benefit from dedicated training academies to grow in techniques and specializations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in electrical systems with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
• High school diploma in Electrical or Electronic fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills, proficient with computers, and a valid driving license.
• Excellent communication, customer focus, and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Report into the Service Team Leader.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems, diagnosing issues to prevent downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Aydin. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Turkey.
