Job summary

Azelis is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for the CASE team at our Istanbul HQ in Ümraniye. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

You will manage customer relationships, leverage Dynamics 365, and drive revenue through strategic pricing and account development. We seek a candidate with a chemistry-related degree (or equivalent), about 3 years in a commercial role, and strong English, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; approximately 3 years in a commercial role within related industries.
• IT and digital savviness with CRM Dynamics 365 and integrated Microsoft tools.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
• Negotiation skills and good presentation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a customer base and build relationships via telephone and online tools (no visits).
• Ensure best-in-class customer engagement using CRM Dynamics 365 and integrated IT systems.
• Negotiate prices and volumes to maximise returns and keep CRM pricing up to date.
• Maintain customer and product information in CRM and coordinate with related teams.
• Analyze market data to inform forward business strategy and monitor payment terms.
