Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in Türkiye is seeking a Systems Engineer / Presales Engineer focused on Networking for Manufacturing and Retail. The role combines pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, and technical leadership across customer engagements in a hybrid work model.

You will translate customer needs into scalable architectures, participate in workshops and PoCs, and support sales with technical validation and RFP responses.

Qualifications

• Strong enterprise networking experience (presales engineering, systems engineering, consulting, solution architecture, or senior network engineering).
• Solid understanding of enterprise LAN and WLAN technologies, including switching, Wi-Fi, routing, resiliency, segmentation, security, and network management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical advisor for an assigned portfolio of customers; build trusted relationships with customer technical decision-makers and teams.
• Lead technical design, solution architecture, and sizing across end-to-end enterprise networking projects.
• Drive RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and ensure proposed solutions meet customer expectations and are technically sound.
