Job summary

SESTEK is seeking an entry-level IT Specialist with strong English to join our IT team in Istanbul or Ankara. You will support employees with device setup, user accounts, and basic troubleshooting while learning from experienced colleagues in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Good command of written and spoken English is essential.
• BSc or associate degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field, or final-year student.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to employees via ticketing system.
• Set up laptops and software for new and existing staff.
• Manage user accounts and access rights with guidance from IT team.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Keep IT inventory and documentation up to date.
• Communicate in English with colleagues and partners from different countries.
• Learn systems and processes quickly and contribute to IT goals.
