Sovos is seeking a Corporate IT Support Specialist II in Turkey, balancing remote work with onsite presence to maintain a secure IT environment. You will support end-user systems, administer M365 and Azure/Entra ID, and drive operational improvements across identity and access management.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of IT support and systems administration experience in a corporate environment.
• Proficient with Windows desktop OS and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience administering Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID including identity and access management.
• Familiarity with endpoint management (Intune) and virtualization (VMware).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving focus for operations excellence.
• Fluent in English and Turkish for local and global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support employee systems, apps, and devices through lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune).
• Manage user accounts, security groups, and permissions in AD/Entra ID; troubleshoot authentication and MFA/SSO issues.
• Lead root-cause analysis to reduce recurring incidents and maintain knowledge base.
• Collaborate with HR, Security, Compliance on access control and security audits.
• Leverage AI tools to improve troubleshooting workflows and automate tasks.
