Job summary

Sovos is seeking a Corporate IT Support Specialist II to bolster our global IT environment. You will support end-user systems and drive improvements across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory, balancing remote work with onsite presence as needed.

The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, identity management, and collaboration with HR, Security, and Compliance. Fluency in English and Turkish is required.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of IT support and systems administration in an enterprise environment.
• Support Windows desktop OS and Microsoft 365 in a corporate setting.
• Administer Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID including identity, access and security.
• Familiar with Intune and virtualization platforms such as VMware.
• Strong troubleshooting and continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluent in English and Turkish for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support employee systems, applications, and devices from onboarding through offboarding with timely incident resolution.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Manage user accounts, security groups, and permissions across Active Directory and Entra ID; troubleshoot MFA/SSO issues.
• Lead root cause analyses to reduce recurring issues and maintain documentation.
• Partner with HR, Security, Compliance on access control and audits; ensure policy adherence.
• Leverage AI tools to improve troubleshooting workflows and automate tasks.

The Role

At Sovos, we’re building a reliable, secure IT environment that empowers our global team to do their best work. As a Corporate IT Support Specialist II, you’ll combine advanced end‑user support with hands‑on systems administration, driving operational improvements across our Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory infrastructure. You’ll work with a high degree of autonomy, balancing remote work with onsite presence based on business needs, while partnering with teams across the organisation to maintain service excellence.

More specifically, you will:

• Support employee systems, applications, and devices throughout the full lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune, maintaining service reliability and user productivity.
• Manage user accounts, security groups, and permissions across Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD), troubleshooting authentication, MFA, SSO, and identity‑related issues.
• Drive standardisation and operational maturity by leading root cause analysis efforts, reducing recurring issues, and maintaining accurate documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Partner with HR, Security, Compliance, and other stakeholders on access control, lifecycle management processes, and security audits, ensuring systems adhere to corporate policies.
• Leverage AI tools to improve troubleshooting workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance service delivery efficiency.

What You Bring to Sovos

• You bring 3–6 years of experience in IT support and systems administration within a corporate or enterprise environment.
• You can support Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments in a corporate or enterprise setting.
• You can administer Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID, including managing identity, access, and security configurations.
• You’re comfortable working with endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and virtualisation platforms like VMware, or can quickly learn them.
• You bring strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• You’re fluent in English and Turkish to support local employees and collaborate with global teams.
• You work effectively with autonomy and know when to collaborate or escalate., and committed to learning, including comfort with AI‑assisted workflows and emerging technologies.
