SESTEK is seeking an entry-level IT Specialist with strong English to join our IT team in Istanbul or Ankara. You will support employees with device setup, user accounts, and basic troubleshooting while learning from experienced colleagues in a hybrid work environment.

Overview

We are looking for an entry-level IT Specialist with strong English skills to join the SESTEK IT team. In this role, you will support our employees with their daily technology needs, such as device setup, user accounts, and basic troubleshooting, while learning from experienced IT colleagues. This position is open to candidates with disabilities. Excellent English is the most important requirement for this role, as you will use written and spoken English every day. No extensive experience is required; if you are curious about technology and enjoy helping people solve problems, this opportunity is for you.

What we expect

Who we are looking for

• Good command of both written and spoken English. This is the most essential requirement for this role.
• BSc or associate degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or be a final-year student in one of these programs.
• Entry-level: no specific work experience is required; internship or part-time experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, and networking.
• A patient, service-oriented approach and a problem-solving mindset.
