GoStudent GmbH is hiring in Istanbul (hybrid) or Türkiye (remote) to join our Sales & Customer Success team, shaping the education of tomorrow with AI-powered tutoring solutions. You will engage with families, present learning options, and cultivate strong relationships to ensure ongoing success.

You will advise parents and students, recommend optimal learning solutions, and lead deals from initial contact to contract closure.

Qualificações

• Turkish language at a high proficiency (C2) required.
• English proficiency for company communications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage sales and customer success from first consultation to long-term support.
• Advise parents and students, recommend learning solutions and tutors.
• Generate deals, excite families about tutoring packages and close contracts.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, optimize the learning experience.
• Drive upselling and referrals to grow revenue.
