Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Consultant Sales Manager for Applied HVAC in Türkiye, with a focus on major projects in İstanbul and surrounding regions. You will drive the specification of Chillers, AHUs and FCUs with MEP consultants, developers and contractors to promote and specify our solutions in commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum five years' experience in the applied HVAC field.
• Strong knowledge of chillers, AHUs, and FCUs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive specification of Johnson Controls HVAC solutions with MEP consultants, developers, contractors and stakeholders across Türkiye.
• Conduct technical presentations, product trainings, and seminars for consultants and end users.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and support the sales cycle with planning and value engineering.
