Job summary

FPS Flexible Packaging Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. You will support Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement across our global operations.

In this role, you will partner with the HR Chief and HR Coordinator to implement best practices, help develop HR policies, and maintain robust HR processes and documentation for a large-scale organization.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of HR experience in a large-scale organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree; degree in HR Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of labor and employment legislation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with interpersonal, organizational, and presentation abilities.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Research and share best practices with the HR leadership and contribute to coordination of global HR practices.
  • Support HR processes including recruitment, performance management, career planning, learning and development, talent management, compensation and benefits.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures across HR functions.
  • Provide operational HR support and documentation.
  • Follow up on employee-related activities and processes.
