Job summary

Arteche is seeking an energetic HR professional to strengthen its people-focused approach across recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, and HR operations. You will work in a technology-driven environment within the electrical sector, contributing to organizational development and strategic HR initiatives.

The role emphasizes end-to-end recruitment, onboarding excellence, and ongoing development of HR practices in a global, manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• University degree in Psychology, Labour Economics, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Preferably experienced in manufacturing and international companies.
• Strong command of English.
• Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management processes.
• Good understanding of Labour Law and core HR legislation.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• SAP HR and SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, solution- and result-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and attract the right talent to the organization.
• Effectively coordinate onboarding and induction processes to enhance employee experience.
• Take an active role in employee relations to ensure a positive and sustainable working environment.
• Support a development-oriented HR culture by following up on performance management and training processes.
• Work closely with managers and contribute to strategic Human Resources initiatives.
• Take an active role in organizational development and change management activities.
• Manage and generate insights from employee engagement, retention, career conversations, and exit interviews.
• Support the development of proactive HR approaches by monitoring workforce trends.
• Contribute to succession planning and talent management processes.
• Analyze HR data and prepare regular, meaningful reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of HR practices.
