QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Management or Engineering,
- Minimum 10 years of overall HR experience, with at least 5 years in HR Business Partnering roles,
- Proven record of experience in matrix organizations and international environments, managing global stakeholders and cross-border projects,
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferable,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Adaptability to various profiles, situations and topics,
- Sense of urgency and prioritization,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Align the HR strategy with the business strategy of the global functions in the scope across all countries and locations of the Group ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent while maintaining a consistent and inclusive culture,
- Translate business strategy into actionable HR initiatives that drive performance and growth for the global functions in the scope,
- Influence organizational design, workforce planning and talent management to support scalability and efficiency,
- Being the privileged point of contact for Business Leaders in the scope and providing the global overview and monitoring (all countries & all locations & all employees) all HR processes, activities and KPIs,
- Advise and assist the managers in the scope of how to conduct their managerial activities related to all HR processes,
- Oversee the implementation of all HR processes – recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, compensation&benefits, talent management- and monitor KPIs compliance,
- Act as a bridge between global HR Team (COEs) and global leaders and local execution (country HR teams).
- Ensure that Global HR Team acknowledges and integrates local specific needs in global HR processes and initiatives,
- Share best practices, tools, and initiatives across countries to ensure alignment and consistency,
- Support local HR in building capabilities and rolling out global initiatives.
