Job summary

Nusr-Et in Marmara region seeks a talented Human Resources Business Partner to drive HR support for designated branches and optimize people processes. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and policy guidance, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.

You will promote HR initiatives, lead employee engagement programs, and analyze workforce data to support strategic decisions across multiple restaurant locations. Fluency in English is required.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the HR department.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Multitasking and time-management with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to handle a large volume of work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

What will you work on?

• Act as the primary HR partner for designated branches, deeply understanding their operational/business needs and providing HR support
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying talent needs to candidate placement and onboarding, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and effective workforce planning
• Coordinate and execute end-to-end HR operations across assigned restaurant locations, including employee onboarding, attendance management while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company HR policies and procedures
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures and facilitate disciplinary procedures in accordance with applicable labor legislation and company policies
• Communicate and promote HR initiatives, employee engagement programs and organizational development practices to employees, ensuring clear understanding, active participation and effective adoption across restaurant locations. Coordinate internal HR communications and gather employee feedback to strengthen engagement and support continuous improvement
• Monitor and analyze workforce-related KPIs, including headcount, employee attendance, working hours, overtime, annual leave utilization and recruitment performance. Ensure data accuracy, identify improvement opportunities and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments
• Prepare daily, monthly and annual HR reports, providing management with accurate workforce insights to support informed decision-making and the continuous improvement of HR operations
