Nusr-Et is seeking a Banquet & Event Sales Specialist to join our team and drive corporate and social events. You will identify new business opportunities, serve as the client touchpoint, and coordinate with operations to execute events across our venues.

The role requires 3+ years in a related field, strong vendor management, and excellent English communication. Expect a dynamic, hospitality-forward environment with global brand exposure.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Experience in planning, organising, and executing corporate and social events.
• Vendor management and coordination expertise.
• Ability to create event proposals and timelines.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes.
• Technical aptitude and computer proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Serve as the point of contact for clients to plan events, detail events and help the operation teams to execute events.
• Process all catering requests in collaboration with the Operations, Finance and Production teams.
• Manage all events from start to finish, book, plan and execution functions.
• Prepare and monitor event budgets.
• Visiting agencies and corporate clients to achieve targeted budgets.
• Follow up the payments of the confirmed events.
• Follow up on clients’ needs, expectations and changes of the event details.
• Maintain local client database, build and sustain relationships with new clients.
