Job summary

Kaytus is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with business leaders in building robust talent pipelines and delivering end-to-end recruitment across functions. You will also advise on people matters to support a high-performance culture aligned with business goals.

Role involves leading recruitment, branding initiatives, workforce planning, and HR programme rollout with regional teams as the organisation scales.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in HR or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units – from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, agencies).
• Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and campus recruitment drives.
• Provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational design.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
• Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws and company policies.
• Drive change management and culture-building activities as the organisation scales.
• Collaborate with the regional HR team to roll out global/local HR programmes and ensure consistency.
