Job summary

adidas is seeking an Associate GBS HR Services for a 1-year contract in Turkey. You will provide general HR Services support, handle Hire to Retire and payroll tasks, and maintain SAP and SuccessFactors systems. You will interact with HR Partners and payroll teams in a multinational environment.

The role requires a university degree, 2+ years’ experience in HR, and fluency in English. Proficiency in SAP HR and Turkish payroll is essential; MS-Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• University degree and 2+ years in a multinational HR environment.
• Good command of English.
• Experience with SAP HR and Turkiye Payroll.
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications.
• Fully trained in HR Shared Service setup.

Responsibilities

• Perform general administration within HR Services for defined processes and tools.
• Handle Hire to Retire and payroll tasks with defined SLAs.
• Update process documentation and act as HR community contact.
• Maintain SAP, SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
• Handle inquiries via ServiceNow and email.
• Support Turkiye payroll processing and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in workshops with subject matter experts.
