Job summary

DeFacto is seeking an HR professional to manage personnel affairs and HR reporting for Turkey store operations. The role requires familiarity with Turkish labor law and SAP EC/ECP modules, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will maintain employee data, coordinate onboarding and data updates, and support HR automation initiatives while collaborating across teams to improve processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in personnel affairs and HR reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with SAP EC/ECP modules.
• Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and SGK legislation.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Forward-thinking approach to process improvement and HR automation.
• Collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel affairs and HR reporting processes for Turkey store operations.
• Ensure all statutory notifications are completed accurately and on time.
• Execute and report onboarding, police notifications, and personal data updates.
• Maintain employee and organizational data in the HR system accurately.
• Creating, updating, and archiving employee personnel files, including coordinating courier tracking.
• Manage employee leave and medical certificate processes.
