Job summary

HP is seeking an HR Global Services Advisor for Türkiye and Greece to oversee HR operations and provide comprehensive HR support across Istanbul or Athens. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, data administration, payroll and benefits support, and ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.

• Strong knowledge of local employment legislation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR consultant for medium to high complexity, advising local HR and business stakeholders on HR processes and policies.
• Support HR activities including pre-hire checks, Workday hiring, onboarding, data changes, leaves, compensation and benefits, and termination.
• Implement and review country HR processes and ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.
