Job summary

HP is seeking an HR Global Services Advisor to oversee HR operations for Türkiye and Greece, based in Istanbul or Athens. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, data management, payroll support, and compliance with local laws, acting as HR advisor to employees and managers.

You will drive process improvements, support HR projects, and coordinate communications while applying subject matter knowledge to solve complex issues within guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Typically 4–7 years of HR Generalist, HR Administration, payroll, or HR operations experience.
• SHRM-CP or PHR/ SHPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as HR consultant on medium to high complexity, advising local HR and business stakeholders on local laws, HR systems, and processes.
• Support HR activities: pre-hire checks, hiring in Workday, onboarding, data changes, leaves, compensation, benefits, termination.
• Implements and reviews country HR processes to ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Create and share informational materials for employees/managers on policies, recruitment, training, benefits, compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience across the region.
• Collaborate with HR systems teams to streamline processes and leverage automation.
