Job summary

Schindler Group in Istanbul (Batı Ataşehir) is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our HR team on-site, five days a week. In this role you'll support end-to-end recruitment, training coordination, HR projects, and keep employee data up to date in SAP SuccessFactors.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate from a relevant university, with good command of English, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to learn.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate from a relevant university department.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• MS Office applications preferred.
• On-site work 5 days a week at Batı Ataşehir office.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions.
• Supporting the planning and coordination of training activities.
• Taking part in HR projects and internal company organizations.
• Keeping employee data accurate and up to date in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Supporting HR reporting and data-related processes.
• Providing support to the HR team in daily HR operations.
