Job summary

AstraZeneca is offering an HR internship in Istanbul to support administrative HR tasks, candidate screening, and interview coordination. You will work closely with the HRBP, help maintain candidate and employee databases, and participate in training, inclusion, and employer branding initiatives.

Ideal candidates are 3rd/4th year undergrads or first-year postgrads, fluent in English, with strong MS Office skills, located in Istanbul and able to commit to at least three days per week, preferably

Qualifications

• 3rd/4th year undergrad or 1st year postgrad in an accredited university.
• Available to work at least 3 days per week.
• Advanced command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Must accommodate in Istanbul during internship.
• High analytical thinking and ability to analyze.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preferably long-term internship.
• Located in Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR department.
• Screen resumes and application forms.
• Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Follow up exam results of candidates.
• Update candidate lists for each role with HRBP and related teams.
• Update internal databases with new employees and changes.
• Participate in HR activities and projects including training, inclusion and diversity initiatives.
• Contribute as an active member of the HR team.
• Engage in employer branding processes.
