Job summary

Schindler Group in Istanbul (Batı Ataşehir) is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our HR team on-site. You will support end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, help plan and coordinate training activities, and participate in HR projects and internal company events.

You will also maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and assist with HR reporting and data-related processes. The role requires a recent graduate, good English communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in a relevant field; internship preferred.
• Available to work 5 days a week on-site at Batı Ataşehir.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
• MS Office applications familiarity preferred.

Human Resources Intern

Working Model: On-site | 5 days a week

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our HR team at our Head Office in Batı Ataşehir. If you are interested in developing your career in Human Resources Department, we look forward to hearing from you.
