Job summary

BAT Turkey is offering a Human Resources Internship in Istanbul for students in the 3rd or 4th year. The program runs 2–3 months with potential extension, requiring English proficiency and part-time availability during school. Interns will lead an HR project, support talent processes, and assist with HR operations and events.

Hybrid working options are available, with a focus on development, learning, and practical HR experience in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th grade University students.
• Able to work at least 3 days per week during school time.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Good level of MS Office Applications.
• Highly motivated and ambitious.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong team working capabilities.
• Passion for learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Internship Project based on HR priorities and present it to HR Leaders at the end of internship period
• Support HRBPs in driving talent management processes in a wide range of focus including employer branding, talent development and engagement
• Assist HR team with day-to-day HR administrative process and operations
• Support internal and external HR events with agencies
• Keep track of important HR metrics and trends regularly
