Job summary

aviagen is seeking a dedicated HR intern to join our team in Ankara (Çankaya). The role is part-time for a long-term 10–11 month program, designed for 3rd/4th year students or master's candidates in Business Admin or Industrial Engineering who are fluent in Turkish and English.

You will assist with strategic HR projects, day-to-day activities, HR systems, and employee support, while collaborating with managers and executives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Currently a 3rd/4th year or master's student in a related field.
• Must be able to commit to long-term assignments (10–11 months).
• Interest in HR and willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic HR projects and day-to-day HR activities.

We are looking for an HR intern who will be willing to join us for long-term assignments on a part-time basis (at least 10-11 months) and support our HR Team in the management of daily processes & projects.

This is a paid internship position.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic HR projects
• Assist in day-to-day operational HR activities
• Assist in HR systems
• Support to employees in various HR-related topics to resolve any issues that may arise

Qualifications

• Being a 3rd or 4th-year university, or master's degree student in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or similar fields
• Fluent in Turkish and excellent command of English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Result-oriented and eager to learn
• Good and effective communication skills
• Proactive and team player
• Interested in the HR field
• Open to work from the office in line with the university course schedule (Location: Ankara, Çankaya- Çayyolu).
