Job summary

Motul Türkiye Head Office in Ataşehir is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This role offers hands-on experience in day-to-day HR operations within a global company.

You will support interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee data management in SAP SuccessFactors, while learning how HR works in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Available to work 3 days per week as a 3rd or 4th year bachelor’s student is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree student in progress, available 3 days per week.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain candidate communications.
• Support onboarding and new joiner activities.
• Maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Provide day-to-day HR administration support.
• Assist with planning internal and external HR events.
