Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Master’s student in a relevant field, available 3–4 days per week.
• Strong English; written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility for employee data.
• Willing to learn and grow in Human Resources.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, solution-focused and results-driven.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and interest in data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR administration, payroll and time attendance operations.
• Assist with maintenance of employee records and documentation per policy.
• Support payroll preparation by collecting, organizing and validating data.
• Assist in attendance records, leave requests, overtime data and time management processes.
• Respond to employee inquiries about HR processes and route questions to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and support data quality initiatives.
• Assist with HR reporting, data analysis and process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
