Ammega in Turkey seeks an HR Business Partner to define and execute the local HR strategy, partner with managers, lead hiring, and drive HR projects. You will manage salary planning, incentives, and policy adjustments while ensuring compliance with local labor law and AMMEGA values.

You will collaborate with HR Corporate and site leaders, ensure effective communication, and support continuous improvement of people processes across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business or equivalent
• 1–3 years as HR Business Partner in international company
• Experience with Turkish unionized manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of remuneration practice and employment law
• Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Oracle, Workday or SuccessFactors
• Excellent communication and cultural understanding
• Demonstrated alignment with company values and high motivation
• Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of delivering commitments in fast-paced settings
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office

Responsabilités

• Define the local HR strategy in line with Group policy, including salary schemes and local benefits
• Partner with managers on HR topics to motivate, reward and retain employees
• Lead the hiring process from candidate selection to onboarding
• Ensure proper employee administration and policy implementation
• Align knowledge and skills with role requirements and plan training
• Ensure local policies align with labor law and implement global HR processes
• Drive HR projects and continuous improvement in collaboration with the AMMEGA team
• Foster a transparent One HR approach with colleagues across EMEA
