Job summary

AXA Türkiye is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to drive talent management, performance and organizational development initiatives. This role partners with business leaders to design and implement HR solutions that enhance employee experience and engagement.

As a senior HR partner, you will support workforce planning, lead change efforts, and collaborate with HR centers of excellence to deliver integrated people solutions. A strong HR background and English proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience.
• Experience as HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven approach.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and lead change effectively.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR solutions that support the strategic objectives of assigned business units.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on performance management, organizational development, employee experience, and talent management initiatives.
• Foster a Bonding HR approach by building strong relationships with employees and managers, maintaining a close understanding of employee needs, and strengthening engagement, trust, and belonging across the organization.
• Drive meaningful employee interactions through regular check-ins, feedback conversations, and business visits to create a strong connection between employees, leaders, and the organization.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and career development processes.
• Analyze employee engagement, talent, and organizational effectiveness data, translating insights into actionable people initiatives.
• Manage employee relations and performance‑related matters in alignment with company policies, values, and applicable regulations.
• Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to deliver integrated and impactful people solutions.
• Play an active role in transformation, culture, and change management initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
