Job summary

KOTON is a global fashion brand with a long history and a broad footprint. We are seeking a Performance Reporting Specialist - HR in Istanbul to build monthly performance scorecards for stores and departments, partner with IT on digitalization, and craft Power BI reports from database sources to inform decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills, plus the ability to work across units and deliver accurate analyses that support strategic HR actions.

Qualifications

• Advanced use of Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex data with analytical thinking.
• Ability to work with different units and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare store and department performance scorecards monthly.
• Collaborate with IT during digitization of scorecards.
• Obtain data sources from the database and design Power BI reports.
• Monitor scorecards and prepare analyses to support decisions and actions.
• Ensure consistency between the performance system and scorecards.
