Job summary

ManpowerGroup Türkiye is seeking a Business Intelligence & Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Turkey. You will prepare sales performance reports and support forecasting by consolidating data from multiple sources.

The role requires 2–5 years in BI or sales/finance ops, strong Excel skills, and experience with Oracle ERP and Power BI. You will collaborate with sales and finance teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, reporting).
• Experience working with Oracle ERP and Power BI.
• Experience collaborating with sales organizations and finance/accounting teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities with a process-oriented mindset.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
• Consolidate commercial data and support sales pipeline tracking and forecasting activities.
• Analyze sales performance and identify variances between forecasts and actual results.
• Develop meaningful business reports and provide data-driven insights to management.
• Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including supplier invoices, customer collections, payment schedules, and overdue balances.
• Prepare regular financial tracking reports and coordinate with accounting partners and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain contract tracking, documentation, and administrative workflows.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle ERP, and Power BI to support reporting and business analysis.
