Job summary

Koton is seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive the HR business partnering agenda across Head Office and international operations. You’ll align people strategies with business priorities, lead talent and organizational design, and partner with senior leaders to drive growth and transformation.

The role requires deep international HR experience, strong analytics, and an English-ready mindset to navigate multi-country contexts and dynamic markets.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the HR business partnering agenda across Koton’s Head Office and international operations, ensuring strong alignment between business priorities and people strategies.
• Act as the primary HR partner for Head Office leaders, country management teams and local HR teams, proactively identifying organizational and workforce needs.
• Ensure the consistent and effective implementation of key HR processes, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance and talent management, career development and succession planning.
• Lead organizational design, restructuring and workforce efficiency initiatives in line with business needs and growth priorities.
• Support international expansion and country operations through effective organizational structuring, talent planning and locally relevant HR solutions.
• Translate Koton’s global HR strategies and standards into practical country-level actions, while considering local business dynamics and labor regulations.
• Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure the effective delivery of compensation and benefits, learning and development, talent acquisition, employee engagement and employer branding practices.
• Monitor headcount, organizational budgets and key workforce indicators; provide meaningful HR analytics and recommendations to support management decisions.
• Strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement and leadership effectiveness across Head Office and international operations.
• Lead change management and employee communication activities related to organizational transformation and business initiatives.
• Guide and develop HR business partners and country HR teams, ensuring clear accountability, strong collaboration and consistent HR practices across markets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR governance standards and local labor legislation in all relevant countries.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of human resources experience.
• Proven experience managing HR activities across multiple countries in a dynamic international environment.
• Strong expertise in organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and HR transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence strategic business decisions.
• Solid understanding of international HR practices and the ability to navigate diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strategic mindset, strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
