Job summary

KoçZer in Turkey seeks an experienced HR Planning & Compensation specialist to manage budgeting, payroll controls, and annual salary reviews. You will develop workforce analytics, dashboards, and cost analyses to support strategic decisions.

The role requires collaboration with HR Business Partners, Finance, and leadership, with a focus on improving processes through automation and governance. Strong Excel and SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3-5 years in Compensation & Benefits, HR Planning, Payroll, or Total Rewards.
Knowledge of compensation principles, payroll processes, labor legislation, and benchmarking.
Experience with ERP/HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors a plus).
Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
Experience in HR reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage HR budgeting, forecasting, and personnel cost planning processes.
Monitor monthly payroll processes for accuracy, compliance, and coordination with providers.
Lead annual salary reviews, promotions, and variable pay programs.
Prepare workforce analytics, HR dashboards, headcount reports, and cost analyses.
Contribute to workforce planning and HR reporting activities.
Develop and maintain compensation, payroll policies and governance.
Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and leaders to provide insights.
Drive continuous improvement by simplifying and automating HR processes.
