Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Director of Commercial to lead the unified commercial strategy across Susona Bodrum, LXR Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton Bodrum Isil Club All Inclusive Resort and Marina Vista Hotel. The role drives revenue growth and market positioning by aligning Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing and Distribution, and by building strong partnerships with key accounts.

Qualifications

• Hilton experience and/or a strong background in luxury and resort hospitality with proven commercial leadership.
• Seasonal resort experience Bodrum/Antalya region experience is highly appreciated
• Strong sales background with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and commercial performance.
• Experience in developing and executing commercial strategies across Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing and Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities, growth channels, and revenue streams.
• Lead business planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Sales Management: Set sales targets and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop sales teams.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Establish and optimize sales processes and KPIs.
• Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Negotiate high-value contracts and commercial agreements.
• Expand market presence and customer base.
• Oversee pricing strategies and commercial policies.
• Analyze financial performance and take actions to improve profitability.
• Manage P&L responsibilities for the commercial function.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Support major account negotiations and contract renewals.
