Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Limited in Beşiktaş, Istanbul seeks a Corporate & Diplomatic Sales Manager to pro-actively acquire, develop and manage local and international corporate and diplomatic accounts. The role requires delivering revenue targets through strategic account plans and active engagement with embassy and global partners.

Ideal candidates will have Sales/Account Management or Business Development experience in luxury hospitality, strong knowledge of corporate markets and GDS

Qualifications

• Must have previous Sales, Account Management or Business Development experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire, develop, and manage local and international corporate and diplomatic accounts.
• Prepare account plans with clear production targets, sales actions and regular performance reviews.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, site inspections, client entertainment and market visits.
• Develop business through corporate bookers, embassies, global accounts, TMCs and relevant partners.
• Identify total account opportunities across rooms, meetings, events, dining and other hotel experiences.
• Manage RFP processes and collaborate with Revenue Management on pricing and terms.
• Monitor account production, market trends and competitor activity to identify share-growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account profiles, activities, pipeline and follow-up actions in Delphi.
• Collaborate with Regional and Global Sales teams to maximize account opportunities and referrals.
• Deliver agreed revenue, room-night, account-acquisition and sales-activity targets.
