Accor in Konak, Turkey, is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to manage daily engineering operations across hotel facilities. You will supervise maintenance activities, coordinate with external contractors, and ensure safety and compliance with hotel standards.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, strong leadership, and communication skills, plus experience in hospitality maintenance. English proficiency is preferred.

Formación

• Degree or vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Experience in engineering or maintenance, preferably in hospitality.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and maintenance management systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good command of English is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily engineering operations and coordinate maintenance.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Monitor work orders, maintenance schedules, and the Maximo system.
• Ensure fire safety systems and hotel facilities operate safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate external contractors and ensure compliance with hotel standards.
• Supervise, train, and support the engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.
