Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Hospitality is seeking a Technical Support Specialist based in Istanbul to deliver technical support and direct sales to Local Key Accounts across Turkey. You will lead product support, project consultancy for electronic security, mobile access and energy management in hospitality solutions.

You will interact with clients to answer inquiries, process orders, and provide 7/24 remote support. Prior experience in security tech and strong Turkish/English communication are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of work experience in Sales & Technical Support.
Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
Good command of Turkish & English (spoken and written).
Experience in technical support and remote assistance.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and sales assistance to Local Key Accounts in Turkey.
Manage product support, technical marketing and project consultancy for electronic security, mobile access and energy management in hospitality.
Interact with customers to respond to inquiries and process information about products and services.
Attend sales meetings, product promotions and training sessions; support after-hours emergencies.
