Job summary

Henkel Türkiye is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily facility operations across Henkel Türkiye offices, ensuring safe, compliant and well-maintained workplaces while coordinating external service providers.

You will lead workplace projects such as office relocations and renovations, monitor SHE requirements with the OHS/OSGB provider, and drive continuous improvement through reporting, stakeholder collaboration and efficient contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management or related roles.
• Experience with multinational companies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily Facility Management operations across Henkel Türkiye offices.
• Oversee facility services, building maintenance, and workplace administration.
• Evaluate external service providers, vendors, and subcontractors for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate SHE requirements with the OHS/OSGB provider, including walkarounds and actions.
• Prepare Facility Management reports and track performance for improvements.
• Lead workplace projects such as office relocations, renovations, and fit-outs.
• Monitor timelines and budgets to ensure smooth transitions to daily operations.
