Job summary

Accor in Turkey seeks an Engineering Operations Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance, coordinate preventive and corrective activities, and ensure building systems operate safely and efficiently.

You will monitor work orders via Maximo, lead the engineering team, coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold health, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Experience in engineering or maintenance, preferably in hospitality.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and maintenance management systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
