Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Hospitality in Istanbul seeks a Technical Support Specialist to drive hospitality technical support and sales in Turkey. You will handle product support, project consultancy, and key account coordination, working hybrid with frequent client visits and after-hours support to ensure client success.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales and technical support, strong Turkish and English communication, and a solid understanding of Windows and network concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Local Key Accounts in Turkey, combining technical knowledge with sales strategy.
• Manage product support, technical marketing and project consultancy on electronic security, mobile access and energy management in hospitality.
• Interact with customers to respond to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
• Attend sales meetings, product promotions and training sessions as required.
• Support the Manager in visiting customers and presenting demonstrations to assess needs.
• Travel to 12–15 clients weekly and provide weekly reports; assist with after-hours on-call support.
